What is a candidate date?
It is the date our count points to, using Nevada’s five-day rule and your information. We call it a candidate because MiraPact cannot promise the rule applies to your purchase or that the date is still open. Only the law and, if needed, a lawyer can tell you that. Treat it as a date to check, not a date to rely on.
